1 onion, chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp. ginger, grated
2-3 green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp. mustard oil
1 tbsp. cumin seeds
1 tbsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. turmeric powder
Salt, to taste
