Nepali pulao ke meethe aur sugandhit svaad ka anubhav karen - Recipes of nepali polaavo


Pulao ek paaramparik nepaalee mithaee chaaval ka vyanjan hai jise aksar tyohaaron aur vishesh avasaron ke dauraan parosa jaata hai. yah vyanjan chaaval ko doodh, cheenee aur sugandhit masaalon ke mishran mein pakaakar banaaya jaata hai, jisake parinaamasvaroop ek samrddh aur svaadisht mithaee banatee hai. yahaan pulao banaane kee step-baay-step resipee dee gaee hai:


 avayav: 

 2 kap baasamatee chaaval 
5 kap poora doodh 1 kap cheenee
 1/2 kap ghee 
1 chhota chammach ilaayachee paudar
 1/4 kap kishamish
 1/4 kap kaajoo
 1/4 kap baadaam 

nirdesh: 

 Chaaval ko thande paanee se achchhee tarah dhokar 30 minat ke lie paanee mein bhigo den. 

 Ek bade bhaaree tale ke bartan mein, madhyam aanch par ghee garam karen. 

 Bheege hue chaaval daalen aur kuchh minat ke lie halka sunahara bhoora hone tak bhoonen. 

 Bartan mein doodh daalen aur achchhee tarah milaen.

 Khaulate hue drav mein miksar daalen. 

 Aanch ko kam kar den aur chaaval ko doodh mein lagabhag 30-40 minat tak ubalane den, beech-beech mein hilaate rahen. 

 Cheenee daalen aur tab tak hilaen jab tak yah pooree tarah se ghul na jae.

 Bartan mein ilaayachee paudar, kishamish, kaajoo aur baadaam daalakar achchhee tarah milaen.

 Doodh mein chaaval ko tab tak ubaalana jaaree rakhen jab tak ki mishran gaadha na ho jae aur chaaval pooree tarah se pak na jaen. 

 Ek baar jab chaaval pooree tarah se pak jae aur mishran gaadha ho jae, to aanch band kar den aur polaavo ko kuchh minat ke lie thanda hone den.

Pulao ko katore mein parosen, yadi vaanchhit ho to atirikt meve aur kishamish se sajaen. svaadisht aur malaeedaar nepaalee mithaee ka aanand len!
